Hinds Feet Founder
Trypetus E. Cooper Padmore, accepted Jesus as her Saviour at an early age. She has helped many members and affiliates find their spiritual gifts for useful service within the church body.
Welcome! Hinds Feet Ministries (HFM) was incorporated in 1998 in Richmond, Virginia, USA as a non-profit organization to foster wholesome Biblically based relationships.
Realizing that much of our world is healing from wounds of the past, and recognizing the differences and disparity of our world, we offer solutions through evangelism, education and equipping individuals for productive lifestyles and attitudes.
In prior years activity was on intercessory prayer, neighborhood Bible studies for children and facilitating church based programs. Currently we extend our ministry to skills training and education of less fortunate children.
Liberia is the pilot operation for Hinds Feet. In Africa’s oldest republic, the ministry was incorporated in 2000 to help in national development through the services we provide. Hundreds have experienced the love of God and lives have been transformed.
This non-denominational ministry to the poor in spirit, socially disadvantaged and less fortunate is supported by free-will financial donations, gifts-in-kind and prayer.
Thank you for joining your hearts and hands with us as we continue to make a difference in the lives of thousands of people.
Who We Are
Hinds Feet Ministries is a charitable non-profit Christian organization. We are service oriented. We believe in the birth, life, death, resurrection, of Jesus Christ as the Messiah and the only Son of God the Father and anticipate His return to rule and reign.
Our founder, Trypetus E. Cooper Padmore, accepted Jesus as her Savior at an early age. She has helped many members and affiliates find their spiritual gifts for useful service within the church body.
Trypetus is biological mother of three adult children, two daughters and a son. Recently a grandmother, Trypetus is pleased with a lovely daughter-in-law.
Trypetus has been exposed to various cultures. As an elementary school student she lived in Great Britain and enjoyed the variety of learning tools made available to her. Her last year of high school was spent in Tarrytown (on-the-Hudson), New York. At the University of Liberia, The Wood Secretarial School in New York, Northern Virginia Community College and National Bible College in Fort Washington, Maryland she accumulated the knowledge she now applies to the ministry she established in her native land, Liberia.
The call of God on Trypetus’ life to intercession intensified when God directed her to go to Liberia in 1998 to pray for the land. In answer to this call she held several schools of prayer in Liberia as well as ministry to local church leaders and gospel workers through seminars and conferences in Liberia.
Minister Padmore has also hosted the 30-minute radio program, “Practical Focus”, for several years which involved teaching on Stewardship and Prayer aired on ELWA, a Christian radio station in Paynesville, Liberia as well as a secular radio station ELBC.
Trypetus is a member of Whole Word Fellowship (www.wholeword.net) in Oakton, Virginia. In November 2007 she led a team of four women from the USA to Sierra Leone & Liberia, West Africa for children crusades and women conferences. Then in July 2008 ladies from various churches accompanied Mother Trypetus to Liberia and assisted in teacher training and modeling teaching techniques.
The Listen Charity (www.listencharity.org), a UK based organization has awarded Hinds Feet Ministries a grant to build The Celebrate Heritage Children Village in Liberia, West Africa.
